As 2018 comes to a close, we’re looking back to recognize both new faces and those that have worked hard to make a difference within our walls. In addition, we have re-established our deep connections with industry experts through our fellows program.

Sue Tennant joined Maddock Douglas as a Project Manager in December

Sue Tennant has 20 years of experience under her belt, loves to solve problems, and looks for any opportunity to learn. She is a resourceful problem-solver who believes that communication is essential in developing strong relationships. She has a Masters in Project Management and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Kimberley Jensen became a full-time Marketing Associate in September

Kimi Jensen was hired from her internship earlier this year after graduating from Elmhurst College. She has a BS in Marketing and a BA in Advertising. She loves to approach problems with a strategic lens, and works hard to analyze and improve marketing efforts.

Maria Ferrante-Schepis was named President of Maddock Douglas in January

Maria Ferrante-Schepis joined Maddock Douglas in 2010, bringing her experience as an insurance executive to start and grow a specific innovation practice area in insurance and financial services. Later, she took on an expanded leadership role at Maddock Douglas, playing an integral part in the company’s direction, expansion of services and in continuously reimagining the business. She is now well known as an author, speaker and industry thought leader.

Cassie Slimmer was promoted to Vice President of Experience Design in November

Cassie Slimmer has worked for Maddock Douglas for 8 years assisting clients in achieving their innovation efforts and transforming cultures to better accept these teams. Her expertise is in customer experience and she approaches problems with a design thinking lens. She earned a BS in Product Design and a minor in Psychology from Stanford University.

Trent Howard was promoted to Project Manager in October

Trent Howard has devoted his time at Maddock Douglas to helping achieve both sales and marketing goals since he was hired full-time 2.5 years ago. This year, he has shifted his focus to help as a project manager, utilizing his negotiation skills and quick thinking to benefit client relationships. He graduated from Elmhurst College with a BS in Market Research and a BS in General Management.
