Diana Kander

Diana had the itch to be an entrepreneur since she was a kid. When she left her job as an attorney to pursue being an entrepreneur full time, she gained experience in a variety of fields — software, real estate, hospitality, construction, staffing and consulting. Diana also spent three years as a Senior Fellow at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, the largest nonprofit in the world dedicated to entrepreneurship and education, and two years as a professor of entrepreneurship in the MBA program at the University of Missouri. Diana is the author of the New York Times Best Seller, All In Startup, and her second book, The Curiosity Muscle, will be out July 24, 2018.

At Maddock Douglas, she helps clients get a lot more curious about their customers and help them turn insights into innovation. She helps train executives to be more innovative and to inspire employees to think like entrepreneurs.
