Abigail Bisi

Abby is a strategic thinker with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and uncovering unmet needs through primary and secondary research techniques. She has experience with clients in industries ranging from financial services and insurance to education and nonprofit.

Leveraging her organizational psychology expertise, she helps clients with innovation implementation, specializing in culture, change management and making data human. Prior to Maddock Douglas, Abby worked as the Lab Manager for the Social Perception Action and Motivation Lab at New York University, exploring how motivational biases affect behavior.

She holds a M.A. in industrial and organizational psychology and a B.A. in psychology with minors in media, culture, and communications and child and adolescent mental health studies, both from New York University.
