Thanks for posting this video -- I agree with your observations. The third trend is especially true and reminds me of the movie "Over the Hedge," an animated film that reflects today's typical American consumption/lifestyle through the eyes of suburban wildlife.

Interesting observations but already the kids are moving away from my life as a videogame to my life as a video. With the advent of Streaming HD video and 3G phones we will all be in our own reality TV show.
